Please take a moment to review the benefits we have listed below.

Medical, Dental, and Vision Care Insurance:
  • Employees choose from a variety of medical and dental plans that best fit their needs. Full-time employees can cover a spouse or domestic partner and eligible dependents. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following the employee's hire date.

Income Continuation Plan (ICP)
  • Full-time employees who receive a disability payment will also receive supplemental pay through the company. The total benefit amount (disability payment and company supplemental pay) is based on years of continuous service. This amount begins at 90% of base salary and then reduces to 60% of base salary for a maximum of 25 weeks.
Long Term Disability:
  • Mitsubishi provides long term disability insurance at no cost to full-time employees, coverage provides 66 2/3% of base pay, offset by any other sources of disability income, with a maximum monthly benefit of $10,000.
Savings Plan (401k):
  • Employees can save money for retirement by contributing to the 401(k) account on a before-tax and/or after-tax basis. With some restrictions, employees may contribute 2-100% of their pay. New employees are automatically enrolled with a 3% before-tax contribution but can opt or change this election at any time. Employees can rollover eligible funds from a previous qualified plan into the Mitsubishi plan.
  • Mitsubishi matches up to 66 2/3% of the first 6% of employee contributions. Matched contributions are subject to a vesting schedule which increases 20% each year until 100% in the fifth year.
Company Annual Retirement Plan (CAR):
  • Mitsubishi funds this plan entirely; there are no employee contributions. Employees must be employed on the last day of the plan year (December 31) to receive the company contribution. The contribution amount an employee receives depends on years of service with Mitsubishi and current base pay.
