• Within the last 90 days (3 months) of the term, with no more than 2 payments remaining.
• Not delinquent at maturity
• Can be no more than 10 days past due for a payment.

Generally, MMCA will review your account's payment history to determine the rate, payment, and terms of the refinancing. However, some customers may be pre-approved for refinancing or their loan may have originated in a restricted state, which will obligate Mitsubishi Motors Credit of America to grant refinancing at the current terms regardless of payment history.

Some states have restrictions. Please refer to your contract for specific restrictions for your state.

With your Diamond Advantage Plan (DAP) there is also an option to turn in your vehicle within the last 12 months.To do so the following must be completed:

• All payments must be made and posted to the account prior to turn in.
• A pre inspection of the vehicle must be completed.
• The vehicle must be turned in to a Mitsubishi dealer.

• The vehicle may be purchased by sending in a full payoff.
• The vehicle may be refinanced with the same restrictions as a Diamond Advantage Plan.
• The vehicle may be traded in (full payoff received for purchase) to a dealer.
